Bhagwati Himalya Sanstha ONG, born from the dreams of one of the members of the Administration Academy Woman Society - the secretary Ms Prema Rajwar, a Japanese Indo program that promoted for years work for and from women in relation to handmade crafts and textiles, benefiting many women between the 90s and 2000 in India.
She, together with Lalit Mohan Singh, founded Bhagwati Himalya Sanstha ONG, an that, from 2017 to date, has focused on Humanitarian Social Work, mainly on the Nutrition Program for the most vulnerable population in extreme poverty in the territory of northern India . Benefitting with its program specifically the inhabitants of the Chapad villages; Baliyali; Bedhuli Garikhet and Kande.
This program includes awareness and knowledge of the culture of the Ostra fungus, in addition to food, consumption and subsequent distribution of this nutritious food. Fungus very rich in vitamins and calcium, excellent for the health and regeneration of vital organs.
It also installs free solar ecological lighting for the villages of the Almora district, street lamps and trails in the sector, as well as solar luminaires inside the houses of one of the villages of Almora; It also joins as an ONG the social contribution program of the Indian government.
